Jules Leleu has one of the top reputations when it comes to 20th Century furniture designers. The French deco styling is minimalist, clean, stark, and less ornamented when compared to American deco pieces. An armoire like this would be stunning in any room, topped with decorative pots as with the decorative Amy Perlin Antiques cabinet that designer Thomas Britt included in this Palm Beach living room.

This week we're bringing you a Handel Lamp, an exceptional example of the Handel Company's famed obverse or reverse painted lamps with its signature "chipped" sand-finished shades. This nostalgic lighting from the 1920s is offered by June Greenwald Antiques at 3096 Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

The nostalgia value is high on this artistic lighting piece, and it would fit in well with any number of interior styles as well as with a display of other Handel collectibles. This week we're bringing you View E, a 1986 oil on canvas by artist Peter Nadin. This compelling abstract comes to us from Larry Sirolli Fine Art at 38 West 26th Street, 7A, in New York City.

The work was part of the artist's Views series of six paintings, included in a March 1992 exhibition at the Yale Center for British Art (New Haven, CT) entitled Recent Works and Notes on Six Series of Paintings by Peter Nadin.

Use this beautiful abstract to enliven your living room, as James Rixner did in his living room for the 2007 Kips Bay Decorator Show House. Rixner artfully paired Perry Burns' Cosmos III with a heavenly Paley Sofa.
